Executive, Accounts & Finance

 

Responsibilities:

·          Assist superior in managing full set of accounts, preparing monthly management report, cashflows, prepare payment, monitor collection and others.

·          Perform other ad – hoc assignments as required by management

Requirements:

·        Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.

·         Required skill(s): MYOB, Accounting knowlegde.

·         Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

·         At least one year relevant working experience/Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·         Full-Time and Temporary position available.

·        Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

 

 

 
General Clerk (Various Department)

 

Responsibilities:

 

·          Clerical & Secretarial work i.e. typing / stenography, filling, sorting of incoming mail etc. for his/her boss

·          Reception functions such as arrange appointments, receive of visitors and channel telephone calls

·          Confidentiality – maintain confidential records and information

·          Arrange for meetings and coordinates these on behalf of his/her boss

·          Take minutes of meetings and may monitor action items for his/her boss

·          Arrange for travel itinerary and hotel bookings for his/her boss

·          Assists the other departments as delegates by his/her boss

Requirements:

·          Preferably Diploma older in any field , STPM in any studies or equivalent with 2 year clerical working experience

·          2 year clerical working experience in oil and gas industry will be an advantage.

·          Proven ability to adapt well to a fast changing work environment, with strong track records of working effectively in a team environment

·          Excellent communication skills with strong commitment in client servicing.

·          Must be computer literate

·          An individual who is mature, result-oriented and with good leadership skills, Self-motivated, energetic and able to work independent

 

 
Technical Superintendent

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance in establishing proper and consistent reporting mechanisms across the assets.
  • Oversee and endorse all daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Company.
  • Oversee and report to the Operations Manager on all daily vessels operation matters and activities onboard vessels and in port.
  • Demonstrate active role in establishing safety standards within the vessel operating crew by reviewing and auditing vessel operation systems.
  • Carry out technical audits and report on all operations.
  • Carry out audits of all vessel performance.
  • Coordinate and supervise annual inspection activities associated with marine equipment

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a First Class Certificate of Competency (COC), Marine Engineering or Professional Degree in Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in shore based marine vessels/chemical tanker in the related field is required for this position.
  • Sea going experience on board offshore support vessels or chemical tanker shall be an added advantage
  • Experience in a Superintendent role with exposure to planning and supervising special surveys and docking preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Handles pressure and maintain confidentiality

Operation/Post Fixture Executive-Chemical Tanker

 

Responsibilities:

  • To communicate daily with Owners/Brokers/Port Agents to requests for vessels’ movements, etc.
  • To advise Clients or Brokers on vessels movement details on daily basis until shipments are completed.
  • To ensure voyage instructions are followed accordingly in compliance to the instruction.
  • To ensure that the actual port disbursement accounts are in order and to consolidate all estimated disbursement against actual disbursement account.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any field or equivalent and WKO certificate is and added advantage
  • Minimum 1 of relevant working experience in oil or chemical tankers industry is an advantage.
  • High level of drive and independence, strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Handles pressure well and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
 
HSEQ Superintendent (Tankers)

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and implement the Safety & Environmental Protection Policy on all managed ships in accordance with Company Management Systems, relevant statutory and classification rules and regulations and other system related documents.
  • Refer all matters related to safety and quality in consultation with the Head of HSEQ Department
  • Coordinate and assist all departments in maintaining the safe operational standards of all managed vessels
  • Conduct safety audit and inspection, analyse deficiencies and effect continual improvements on operation
  • To ensure vessels managed are in compliance with, and approved by oil majors, oil terminals and other industrial end users or approving bodies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate of Competency Class 3 as Deck Officer
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a experience on board ocean going tankers/ Off Shore vessels.
  • Knowledge of ISM and ISPS Code, ISO 9001:2008 Standards, HSE requirement or / and Chemical tanker or Offshore operation is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel and work beyond the official working hours.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Handles pressure well and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to accept occasional brief shipboard assignments at sea.
